LTI 1.3 — Direct LMS Access Live
Participants launch Flyt directly from Canvas, Blackboard, or any LTI-compatible learning management system with a single click. Authentication is handled seamlessly between platforms — no separate login required. Deep linking support means administrators can link directly to specific programmes or engagements from within the LMS.
Engagement Touchpoints Live
An activity timeline within each engagement, giving coaches and administrators a clear view of every interaction — meetings booked, rescheduled, or cancelled, reminders sent, and key notifications like programme launches and client invitations. Touchpoints create a chronological record of the coaching relationship, making it easy to see the full communication history at a glance.
Hour-Based Progress Tracking Live
Programmes can now track engagement progress by hours consumed rather than steps completed. Progress bars, completion indicators, and the management overview all reflect the hours-based model. Ideal for organisations working with strict coaching hour budgets or regulatory hour requirements.
Engagement Tagging & Filtering Live
Custom, colour-coded tags categorise engagements across an organisation. Tags distinguish engagement types, cohorts, funding sources, or any other classification an organisation needs. Tags are surfaced across billing, reporting, and management views, and can be used as filters throughout the platform.
Billing & Pay Rate Tracking Live
Contracted billing rates and coach pay rates are tracked at the engagement level, with intelligent defaults cascading from programme settings. Rates are surfaced across all billing views and exports, significantly simplifying financial reconciliation for organisations managing multiple programmes with different commercial arrangements.
Enhanced Billing Dashboard Live
A comprehensively improved billing experience with multi-programme filtering, timezone-aware session reporting, granular date-range selection, and column-based sorting. Sessions that cross midnight boundaries are now reported accurately regardless of timezone differences between coaches, clients, and administrators.
Meeting Rescheduling & Cancellation Live
A streamlined rescheduling flow that lets coaches reschedule directly from the cancellation dialog, with clear late-cancellation messaging and the ability to reschedule past meetings. Meeting duration can be overridden per booking for flexible session lengths.
Client Re-Enrolment Live
Clients can now have multiple engagements within the same programme, fully supporting re-enrolment and returning participant scenarios. Previous engagements remain visible with clear status indicators, providing a complete coaching history while ensuring only one engagement is active at any time.
Degreed LMS Integration In Development
Provision coaching participants directly from a Degreed learning environment. Course completion and assignment data flows back automatically, so coaching outcomes are tracked alongside the rest of an organisation’s L&D programmes without manual data entry.
Improved Coach Selection Experience In Development
A redesigned coach picker with programme-level visibility of all chemistry sessions — see which clients have booked, with whom, and how many remain at a glance. The coach pool interface is streamlined with a condensed default view, and coaches can record chemistry calls that occurred outside the platform for complete session history.
Assignment Improvements In Development
Assignments can now be automatically marked complete when a client uploads their deliverable, removing an unnecessary manual step for submission-based tasks. When the upload is the deliverable, the workflow is seamless.
Updated Programme Launch In Development
A more reliable programme launch experience with improved email deliverability, clear validation warnings when group or team coaching steps need attention before launch, and dependable notifications for all participants — including those who were invited but haven’t yet activated their accounts.
Q2 2026
Coaching Commerce & Integrated Payments Coming Soon
A comprehensive commercial layer enabling organisations to sell coaching packages, hour bundles, or individual sessions directly through Flyt. Integrated payment processing connects with an organisation’s preferred payment provider, handling cross-border transactions, multi-currency billing, and automated reconciliation within a single workflow. Package-based and session-based pricing models are both supported, turning the platform into a complete delivery and distribution channel for coaching services. Combined with deeper CRM integration, coaching engagement data flows into existing sales and business intelligence workflows for end-to-end visibility.
Forum & Messaging Coming Soon
Built-in communication across the platform. A coach-coachee message board within each engagement provides a space for ongoing dialogue between sessions — sharing reflections, resources, or follow-ups without leaving the platform. Discussion forums inside group and team coaching steps support cohort-based conversations, peer learning, and workshop follow-through. All communication stays in context and in one place.
Advanced Programme Scheduling Coming Soon
A new way to plan and staff coaching programmes at scale. Administrators create scheduled programmes with defined dates, locations, and requirements, then announce them on a programme marketplace. Coaches browse available opportunities, express interest, and are matched through a structured assignment workflow. For multi-participant sessions, a built-in availability matching system allows participants to submit their available dates and times, with the platform automatically identifying optimal meeting slots that work for all attendees.
Enhanced Contract Management Coming Soon
Building on the platform’s existing contract and agreement workflows, this enhancement integrates contract management with billing and pay rate tracking. Administrators upload agreements relevant to each engagement — for both coaches and coachees — with billing rates, payment terms, and commercial arrangements linked directly to the contract. Recipients can review and sign directly within Flyt or download the document, sign offline, and upload the executed copy. The result is a single place to create, track, and store all coaching contracts across an organisation, with visibility into signature status at the programme level and a clear connection between agreed terms and actual billing activity.
Goal Tracking & Measurable Outcomes Coming Soon
Coaching goals become measurable outcomes. Survey responses, session feedback, and structured prompts contribute to trackable progress against defined programme goals. Administrators and sponsors get quantifiable evidence of coaching impact, supporting ROI reporting and programme justification with data rather than anecdotes.
Programme Meeting Calendar Coming Soon
A dedicated calendar view within each programme showing all booked meetings between coaches and coachees across the entire programme. Administrators and programme managers get a visual overview of scheduling activity at a glance, with the ability to filter by coach, client, date range, or session type.

Available to select partner organisations on request
AI Session Notes Preview
AI-powered session note generation built on deep coaching domain expertise. Coaches receive comprehensive, structured notes within moments of a session ending, capturing key themes, action items, and developmental observations. The AI identifies patterns and insights that connect individual sessions to broader development trajectories, keeping coaches fully present with their clients rather than distracted by note-taking. All AI processing respects Flyt’s privacy architecture — session content is never used to train models or shared across organisations.
AI Coach Matching Preview
Intelligent coach-coachee matching that goes beyond profile filtering. Custom intake surveys analyse each coachee’s needs, goals, communication preferences, and development context. The matching engine evaluates coach expertise, style, personality fit, and availability to recommend optimal pairings from an organisation’s coach pool — with organisations reporting faster time-to-first-session and stronger coaching relationships from the outset.
AI Programme Insights & Pattern Recognition Preview
Intelligent programme monitoring that surfaces critical trends before they become problems. AI-generated programme health summaries highlight at-risk engagements, engagement momentum, and completion trajectory across an entire cohort. Advanced pattern recognition identifies common themes emerging across sessions, surfacing insights that would be invisible at the individual engagement level. ROI narratives are generated from complex programme data, giving sponsors and stakeholders clear, compelling evidence of coaching impact.
REST API Access Preview
A documented public API giving technical teams direct programmatic access to Flyt’s data and workflows. Build custom integrations, automate provisioning and reporting workflows, and connect Flyt to internal systems with access to engagements, sessions, billing, participant data, and programme structures.
